The fascial network participates in extraordinarily rapid whole-body communication through mechanical, electrical, and fluid signaling.

While muscles contract to create movement, fascia helps distribute information and force throughout the body almost instantaneously as an integrated network.

In this description, we define information as light-- specifically as it is carried by the fascial network as water in phase as plasma.

This is in congruence with what current connective tissue and mechanobiology research supports, but we don't leave it there...

We weave this into what I've already been discussing and offering as micro-practices so we can experience the fascia as more than just a structural connective tissue network, but more as an interface with The Field of Consciousness itself.
