The Truth about Creating Impact.

I know it's glamorous to talk about impact for soul-led entrepreneurs in terms of numbers-- thousands of followers, a massive email list, vanity metrics, etc.

What if impact can be translated through more than just numbers?

What about time?

What about longevity?

What about staying power?

If you don't know me, I'm Kathryn and I've been a soul-led entrepreneur, spiritual mentor and master intuitive energy healer for more than 25 years.

I've seen many, many people come and go from the spiritual marketplace.

I've been here the whole while, creating impact on Facebook since 2009 when there were just a handful of us talking about 5D, Unity Consciousness and Spiritual Awakening.

I haven't cared too much about vanity metrics.

Going viral is something I could care less about.

"Niching down" into a sole area of expertise isn't a box I've ever wanted to climb into.

I'm not on all the big social media platforms, posting 24/7.

Being a household name in my industry isn't a desire I've ever held.

And yet, here I am, recognizing my life and life's work as a success because it's never been at the cost of my freedom or my values.

Because living in alignment with my version of success is stabilized at the IDENTITY level through what values I align with in every area of my life.

It also means that through the ebb and flow of this industry I'm in and while navigating in a world that's changing every day, I'm identifying as someone who has built a foundation that can hold consistent, long-term growth because that foundation has the power to expand its capacity.

When your values are clear, THEY guide your growth.

You can't build a foundation of growth on a shaky identity.

Maybe creating a self-regulation protocol of mindset techniques, manifesting hacks and breathwork practices work when everything's peachy.... but what about when sweeping change comes knocking at your door... in YOUR industry or in the world at large?

When more changes come-- and they will as structures and systems collapse and rebuild over and over again in the next decade-- all your best self-maintenance practices collapse because the baseline of your identity isn't strong enough to bear the weight when structures fail.

Your identity structure needs to be built first.

When this is rock-solid, failure may shake you up for a few minutes, not a few months.

That's what it's like to be sovereign.

The nervous system trusting you more than it fears the world.

Read that again.

Not lofty. Practical.

It's about being so congruent within that:

• Expansion feels natural.

• Wealth feels safe.

• Visibility feels deserved.

• Leadership feels embodied.

• Rest feels intelligent, not earned.

That's your Prime Identity, your most well-resourced state of being, optimized because it is self-sourced.
